The July 21, 2010, the National Police hit the home of José del Rosario Duarte, a 80 year old. Took out the Acepar worker Victor Risso and ground to a pulp. Workers spent more than three months on strike.
Today, the victim, Victor Risso, has domicialiaria prison.
